Meet Eleanor

When Eleanor was born we didn’t know what was wrong - only that she was small. They told us she had a syndrome but we’d need testing to see what was wrong. We passed the NIPT and Maternal 21 tests as well as the anomaly ultrasounds. So when they said something was wrong at 36 weeks it was a total shock. She came out smiling. Tiny and these amazing big blue eyes. Eleanor was diagnosed with trisomy 18. The genetic doc said to take her home with palliative care until she passed. But Eleanor had other plans. She is Mosaic Trisomy 18. She thrives. She makes friends easily and even has a bestie…She loves to walk - and has been doing a Trexo Robotics intensive program which gives her even more so wants to move on her own. She’s always happy. She loves her momma and daddy, her doggies, her family, Moana and stitch. She is a fan of music and dances when in her gait trainer. We often travel with Eleanor and she’s always down for adventures. She has been on several jeep adventures, driven across the country, traveled to other countries, loves Disneyland and Disney World. She also has been in several magazines for fashion and even on a cover page. She is redefining her condition with a smile and her joy.

We would love your help sending Eleanor to camp. Every amount helps and is so appreciated.
