Meet Constance (CC)

Constance Calleja (aka CC) received her name because there was so much uncertainty surrounding her trisomy 18 diagnosis (including if she would live and if she did what she'd be capable of) but the unwavering constants were our love for her, commitment to advocate for her, and our faith in God's plan. CC is a tenacious, strong, vibrant,  stubborn, jubilant, and silly 4 year old who loves her family,  being outside, pools, field trips to familiar and new places, playing, animated movies (especially Moana), music, snuggles, and so much more. The blessings, joy, and lessons she has brought to our family and those that love her are countless and far exceed the challenges and hardships that go along with rare trisomy. Actually, she is helping to change the perception of T18 with every milestone and new experience she encounters.
