Meet Dawson & The Bradleys

Dawson Bradley attended our first camp in 2023 with his loving family. One of the most special moments was watching him go horseback riding — a milestone that brought so much joy to everyone who witnessed it. Dawson lived 18 beautiful years with Trisomy 18 and was deeply loved every single day of his life. He passed away in August 2024 and is missed dearly by all of us.

His family often shares that hummingbirds remind them of Dawson — especially the ones that still visit the feeder outside his bedroom window, bringing smiles in the quiet moments. The Bradley family continues to give back to the Trisomy community through their involvement with SOFT, and we’re so grateful for the love and support they continue to offer. We miss Dawson dearly alongside them.
